The new commercial mixed-use at Aftabnagar at Dhaka is under construction. This 10 storied building shall serve the growing community of this private housing area. Simplistic design amplifies functional efficiency using orthogonal spatial arrangement.

Extensive use of glass façade allows natural light and visual aperture into the internal working area. Rectangular built form creates significant presence at the streetscape of the neighborhood.
